The DSCD Technical Committees organize workshops, sessions for conferences, and special issues of journals. They meet at major conferences to network and exchange ideas about current research in their fields; some give out awards for outstanding achievements.
To participate in a technical committee, and learn more about the activities, you can get involved by:
- Attend a TC meeting at an upcoming conference
- Contact the chair or co-chair of a TC (names and emails below in italics)
There is no charge to join a technical committee. If you don’t see a TC that interests you, perhaps you would like to start one. Contact George Chiu <gchiu@purdue.edu> for details.
